Wonderful 40th Celebration!

ACES enjoyed a wonderful community gathering at Hallam Lake onCardamones Monday evening, June 23rd, celebrating ACES' 40th anniversary. More than 400 people attended and reveled in the perfect summer evening, the air full of Aspen's generous community spirit.

Our only disappointment is that a few were caught off guard by our uncharacteristic shift to requesting an RSVP, and we had to turn away several who wished to attend. To our members and friends who we weren't able to serve, our deepest apologies. We truly appreciate all of our members and welcome anyone who wasn't able to attend to join us for an ACES naturalist program any time this summer.

Once again, we offer our heart felt thanks to our 40th Anniversary sponsors: Holland & Hart, Holy Cross Energy, Obermeyer Asset Management Company, Alpine Bank Aspen, and Mason Morse Real Estate Company. Also, many thanks to our in-kind donors: Aspen Brewery, Aspen Sojourner Magazine, City Market, Clark's Market, Greenspot, Mountain Flowers, Paradise Bakery, and Susan Fesus, whose contributions helped make the evening one of the highlights of the summer. Last, but not least, thanks to our family of members, both new and old, who help make ACES the unique place that it is.
