Summer Programs Helper

Each summer, Aspen Center for Environmental Studies (ACES) seeks young adult volunteers to help ACES Educators during our week-long summer camps for kids ages 4 - 14 at both Hallam Lake in Aspen and Rock Bottom Ranch in Basalt. Camp helpers will assist lead-Educators with all aspects of camp responsibilities and activities, ranging from hiking to arts and crafts to science experiments and more. Each week is different and will provide diverse experiences for the volunteer. This opportunity is perfect for teens who are looking for increased responsibilities in a fun and educational setting, especially those who may have "graduated" from ACES camps or are interested in the field of environmental education.
