Kindergarten through 4th Grade

ACES’ program goals for elementary-aged children are to have students experience the outdoors, explore, ask questions, act like scientists, and have fun.  Many of our field science programs help students meet Colorado academic standards especially in Science.

The typical length of a program for kindergarten and 1st grade is 2 hours.  Our programs for 2nd through 4th grades are typically over 2.5 hours.

The following tables include some of the programs that we provide at Hallam Lake and Rock Bottom Ranch by grade level.  However, we are open to designing a program that meets the specific needs of your group.
