ACES at Hallam Lake has ample room for events with great spaces both indoors and outside. Set on a 25-acre nature preserve, guests can enjoy beautiful scenery and wildlife as well as explore our indoor nature center. ACES staff is available to present programs to guests such as introducing our resident birds of prey or leading sunset beaver walks on the lake.
We would be happy to recommend local caterers or other vendors if needed. Because we are set on a nature preserve, no amplified music is allowed and events need to be over by 10pm.
The building is equipped with:
• digital projector
• internet access
• DVD and CD players
• speakers
• six, four foot round tables
• four, 3x6 foot rectangular tables
• 75 chairs
• outdoor seating is available, weather permitting
• small kitchen is available upstairs
Prices:
Non-profit rates: $100 for 3 hours, $45 per additional hour (regular price $200)
Food: $100 is added if appetizers or meals are served
Extra staff: $40/hr
