Little Naturalists: Bugs and Slugs

Have some fun exploring Hallam Lake as a Little Naturalist! Discover the natural world as you learn about all the little things that grow around you. This one-hour program is every Friday of the summer with a different theme each week - bears, flowers, bugs& we'll cover it all!

Parents, please bring your kids early to have enough time for drop-off including going to the bathroom before the class and having a little extra time if needed for adjustment - this KIDS-ONLY class starts right at 11am!

You may register online or drop-in for the day if space is available - each individual class costs $7 per child.

HOW TO GET THERE: Please bike or walk to ACES whenever possible - it's not only fun, it saves the planet! Every time you come to ACES in something other than your own car (carpools work, too) you will receive a sticker to place on our Alternative Transportation Board. At the end of the season we will give away GREAT PRIZES including ACES classes, bike accessories, reusable bags etc. Make it a family challenge and have fun with it!
