Spring Ranchers | FBI Nature Detectives

Come to Rock Bottom Ranch this spring break to explore the life of a rancher and a naturalist. From sustainable agriculture and ranch activities to ecological investigations and explorations, each day will bring something new! Fungus, Bacteria, Invertebrates, Oh My! Head deep into Rock Bottom Ranch's Wildlife Preserve to solve nature's mysteries. Decomposers, tracks, scat, these are only a few things that you will be searching for to tell the story of RBR. Don't miss this exciting day of adventure!

What To Bring:

Wear appropriate clothing and shoes for a day at the ranch in spring time! Remember, it can be sunny or snowy, and will probably be wet and muddy! Pack a backpack with snack, lunch, reusable water bottle, raingear, clothing for warm and cold weather, sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses. Remember to label everything.

How To Get There:

Please bike, walk or ride your horse to RBR whenever possible. Coming to RBR for more than one day? We will help with gathering and sharing carpool information - please let us know if you're interested in carpooling with other parents!
