Meet Emily Taylor

Emily Taylor, ACES Marketing Director

Emily Taylor grew up in Atlanta, GA, Jacksonville, FL, and went to school at Pomona College in Claremont, CA, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art. After having experienced most of her life living in large cities and near the beach, Emily realized that she wanted to try out a small town in the mountains.

After the “WC3,” she worked as the Operations Officer at, an e-commerce materials handling company based in Aspen, CO. Following, she started a web design consulting business, The Zen of Tech, where she worked with artists, musicians, authors, independent business owners, and restaurants, helping them with branding, design, setting up online shops, and getting discovered online.

She began working at ACES in the summer of 2017 helping out with special events, membership, and marketing. In the fall of 2017, she was hired as Development Manager. In the fall of 2020, she stepped into the role of Marketing Director.

Outside of work, Emily loves to explore art, listen to live music, and play in the snow. Her favorite color is cerulean blue and her favorite season is autumn. You can catch her performing live with her two bands (Pop Abattoir and Sweet Bangs) throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.
