Join ACES at Rock Bottom Ranch for an evening celebrating local and sustainable agriculture! At this intimate meal, guests will enjoy local foods, cheeses, beer, wine, and spirits in the open-air pole barn at our beautiful site, a guided farm tour, and the opportunity to learn about our regenerative agriculture systems. This year ACES will bring in partner chefs to create unique menus for this series of dinners. We are excited to work with The Pullman, Field 2 Fork Kitchen, and Epicure. All chefs value using hyper-local meat and produce while creating little waste.
