Join ACES and the City of Aspen to celebrate Earth Day and ring in the start of the 2017 Green Drinks season! Head to Hallam Lake to meet community members interested in environmental issues, explore the nature preserve, and enjoy locally sourced snacks from Rock Bottom Ranch and libations, including a bike-powered blender station where guests can create kinetic energy to make margaritas for the adults and pink lemonade slushies for the kids!
A variety of local organizations will sponsor Earth Day activities for all ages:
Aspen Historical Society - Sweet Pea seed giveaway
Aspen T.R.E.E - Earth sculpture
CORE - Earth Day "Confessional" art project
Citizen's Climate Lobby - photo booth
Clean Rivers Initiative - "Stormwater Goalie" game
