Aspen Plants Heal: Essential Oils from our Native Evergreen Trees

Are you totally in love with our local trees? Like to geek out on essential oils? Join Sheridan Semple, Holistic Health Practitioner, for a nature walk and medicinal aromatherapy workshop. Learn everything you could want to know about the incredible healing properties of our local evergreen trees: the spruces, pines, and firs and how to use the essential oils from these native trees in your daily life to confidently take care of yourself.

Sheridan Semple grew up in the mountains of Aspen, where she discovered her love for the outdoors and how the human body can be healed by nature. By trade, she is a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP), Clinical Aromatherapist (CCA), Clinical Nutritionist (CNC), and Clinical Herbalist (CCMH). She uses her experience with health, nutrition, and essential oils to teach her students how to heal themselves, and discover their own holistic healthcare form within.
