Melinda Kramer is the Founder and Co-Director of Women's Earth Alliance (WEA), a global organization empowering women on the frontiers of environmental justice, resource sustainability and community development, with programs in Africa, India, and the U.S. Before founding Women's Earth Alliance, Melinda worked around the world with organizations pursuing environmental justice, sustainable local economies and indigenous rights. Melinda has degrees from Washington University and University of Nairobi. She is a trained facilitator and speaks Swahili, Spanish, and some Mandarin.
